National Safety Council at 1121 Spring Lake Drive, Itasca, Illinois.

I made a mistake by purchasing some defensive driving courses through the National Safety Council. Being a government contractor, I was required to use a link directly through a government website that then linked me to NSC, whoops.

That being said, I realized my mistake immediately and call the NSC and informed them of what happened. They happily informed me they'd return my money so I could repurchase the classes and get the credit through the government for taking them. However, the refund never came (we're talking $162.00)

One week goes by, no refund. Not a big deal, figured it was a simple mistake. I called and informed them and they said they would fix the issue and to expect the money within 2-3 business days.

No money. Called for the third time to get my money back. Said to look for the money back in 2-3 more days and expect a call from their accounting department.

STILL NO MONEY AND NO PHONE CALL.

You are a scam. You receive automatic government contracts guaranteeing your income, allowing you to treat everyone else like garbage and scam folks out of their money.

Your good reviews are cringe worthy; they are so fake. It's either 5 stars BS or 1 star exclaiming you're a scam. Now I know for sure.
