HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It makes me sad to write this because I genuinely like this place.

I took my car there today and as the gentlemen got in my car to take it out of the wash, he proceeded to rev the engine and then slam it into drive (its an automatic transmission) causing the car to spin the tires (which with an All Wheel Drive says something) and fly over the two speed bumps (that have recently been installed).

I went to the young lady working the register and asked for the owner or manager and she said he wasn't there, but only on Mondays. I explained to her what happened and she asked who it was, so I proceeded to point out the gentlemen still in my car cleaning the windows. She walked over to talk to him and another gentlemen walked over and started gesturing that he didn't do anything and that it was just the speed bumps that he went over. Now I was trying to keep it together, because I wasn't happy, but stay composed and said, I'm sorry that's not what happened, because you don't hear an engine rev really loudly and tires squealing by going over speed bumps. The woman told me she would take care of it, so I had walked off to the side, because I didn't want my temper to get the better of me.

I watched the women talk to the gentlemen and then walk back inside. I waited for about 5 minutes and the guy waves me over to pick up the car. So I walked back inside to see what the outcome of the situation was going to be. So I walk back to the pay booth in the back, and she starts acting like it was the first time I walked up. She just said that the guy who took my car was "REALLY GOOD and HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING."

NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. I am in no way of looking for a hand out, but I don't like the fact that this was dismissed.

I will try to talk to the owner to inform him of this unpleasant experience (hopefully he see this and contacts me) and see what he wants to do, because that's the only way I'm going change this review.
